Weddings and wedding receptions are offered at Old Wide Awake on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Other events, such as rehearsal dinners, corporate functions or social events may be scheduled Monday through Thursday, if desired.
Due to wear and tear on the property and extra parking accommodation necessary for events hosting more than 250 people, a surcharge will apply for events exceeding 250 guests.
Saturday pricing will apply to any holiday falling on a Monday-Thursday. This pricing also applies to Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Monday through Thursday dates are exclusively available for events other than weddings or wedding receptions. The Town of Hollywood’s policy for Monday through Thursday events prohibit amplified music of any kind.
Upon signing your contract, we require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the rental fee listed on your contract. This deposit will be applied to your overall rental cost but will be forfeited if your event is canceled at any time. An additional $500 fee is required as a security deposit, which will be returned within 30 days after your function if the terms of the contract have been kept and no extra clean-up or replacement of missing/broken items is necessary.
